1. Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is by email. We aim to respond within one business day.
Contact support
Email: support@tecknowlogiq.com
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (SAST)
Location: Republic of South Africa
When you email us, please tell us which app you’re using — for example Kago Entle: Fleet Management — the account email you sign in with, and a short description of the problem — including any error message and the steps that led to it. That helps us help you faster.
2. Account access
Several of our apps are provided to businesses for use by their staff. For those apps, accounts are created and managed by your organisation — public sign-up is not available.
- Can’t log in, or don’t have an account yet? Contact your manager, administrator, or fleet/operations lead to request access. They can invite you or reset your access.
- Invited but didn’t get the email? Check your spam or junk folder, then ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
3. Password help
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the app’s sign-in screen to receive a reset email. For security, reset links are time-limited — if yours has expired, simply request a new one. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that same provider to sign in again rather than a password.
4. Delete your account
You can delete your account and associated data at any time, either from within the app or by emailing us. See the Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions and details of exactly what is removed and what may be retained.
5. Privacy & your data
To understand what information we collect and how we protect it, read our Privacy Policy. For privacy-specific requests — such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information — email privacy@tecknowlogiq.com.
6. Report a bug or security issue
Found something that isn’t working, or a potential security problem? Please email support@tecknowlogiq.com with as much detail as you can. For sensitive security reports, please avoid including passwords or other credentials in your message.
